Description of Work: Preventing an infestation is always easier than removing one.

Focusing mostly on the Prevention and Identification stages of an IPM program, an exterminator will examine a target area and determine potential weaknesses that could lead to infestation. This includes searching for holes and cracks, humidity, and potential harborage or food sources.

From there, options for protection such as chemical barriers or mechanical deterrents can be employed. Changes in operation style or renovations may also be suggested. A returning exterminator may also routinely check bait-stations and other traps. Both interior and exterior services are available, with or without rodents.

Pest Removal

One-time emergency treatments with options for long-term Pest Prevention

Description of Work: If an infestation is already present, an exterminator may rely on mechanical traps, bait, or a variety of chemical sprays and granules. The exterminator will also recommend any necessary renovations or operational changes.

Some pests, such as bedbugs or cockroaches, require swift intervention due to their associated health risks. In addition to eradicating pests in and around the home, outdoor services for the removal of ticks, weeds, wasps/hornet nests, and adult mosquitos are also available.

All of our wildlife removal (i.e. racoon, skunk, opossum) is trap and release. According to Ontario government legislation, a wildlife agent must release a trapped animal within 24 hours, and within 1 kilometer of the trap site. As such, renovations to prevent re-entry of the animal into your home must be done immediately after capture.
